André Spice is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Cass Business School in London. He claims that ‘work is shit’, especially when companies order employees to have fun or organise it for them. An all familiar story we hear more and more from some of the big digital companies. We visited André at his offices in the City and find out that what he’d really like at work would be to have better coffee rather than a slide option to the canteen.
